What you need:
-Spray paint
-Garbage bag
-Wine glass
- Plate
- Cement glue
Lets get started!!!!
- First lay out your garbage bag so you don't get paint everywhere!
- Then,turn your plate upside down with your wine glass upside down too, but on the plate.
- Once you like it and the wine glass is in a good spot, glue it down!
- After that you are going to spray paint it the color of your choice!
- When you have done all the steps, just let it dry.
Then, there ya go!!!
